She may well have a sensitive stomach.
My BF had a female bulldog which had a sensitive stomach and could only keep down special food from the vet, she would also vomit when excited.
She had puppies and they kept one of the male puppies and he is exactly the same.
I recommend you take her to the vet, it is not normal for a dog to be vomitting so much and I read it can really dehydrate them.
