Assuming that you have used these meds long term, every month, and they still aren't working (and you have vacuumed, done all the laundry, possilby used boric acid on the carpets, etc.), then:

Frontline is becoming resistant. There is a new protocol that is in its beginning stages. It is Sentinel once monthly (or just plain Program, the ingredient in Sentinel that regulates flea growth), and Capstar once weekly for a mild infestation and twice weekly for a severe infestation. I'm neither here nor there about this protocol yet, but that it is.
