I brush her everyday, but somehow she manages to get her hair all tangled up. Her hair isn't even that long.

What kind of shampoo are you using? I use Yorkie splash and Shine and I just purchased Yorkie Sheen. Rosie's hair is so soft and smells so good. And in my opinion, it is about the same price as I was paying for other shampoos. My furbaby has longer hair and has to be brushed daily. But as long as she is brushed the tangles stay out.
