The people I got Poppy from kept a boy from a previous litter and they all seem to get along fine, seen as it will be her own baby and the pup will grow up around her I dont see why it should be a problem.
But I dont know much about breeding and have never been in this situation before.
There are many brilliant breeders on YT and I there must have been atleast one who has kept a pup, hopefully those with more experience will be along to help you soon.
