I checked into this myself. Until recently Natures Miracle could not be used in a carpet shampooer. However, they now make a mix just for home or commercial shampooers.
What I did instead was used Simple Solution. I bought it at my local PetSmart. They do make a carpet shampoo mix and I actually liked it better than Natures Miracle. It smells nicer and it removed ALL my stains!
