I can only guess, but it sounds like the GE is USA based. From what I read it seems that YT will reimburse someone living in the USA if they have to ship to England but will not reimburse you if you have to ship to USA.
Keep in mind that sending a GE package from England----> USA could cost anywhere from $20 - $50 US Dollars.
Definitely contact Admin as this needs to be explained to everyone in more detail. |
