 Explain the GE?
Tell me is this how it works, as i recieved a message from addmin and this is how i read it.
I live in England and if i get someone in the USA i will NOT be reimbursed for postage. But if someone in the USA gets me in England they WILL get reimbursed? Explain that to me because that seems a little unfair!
I am a little confused?
