I have the D90 and love it...it does all and more than I could ever want from a camera.

Others have already given great advice

. Some main considerations to think about might be 1) do you want video? - 2) do you want more lens choices (if you want the most lens choices - then go with a body that *has* the focus motor IN the camera)
