Gosh, I don't think I'd put anything on that rash until you know what it is, and what's going on w/ his diarrhea/vomiting. I'd see a vet asap...bc he may have ingested something - or, he may have a parasite. Also, once they lose their appetite...it really is time to bring them in bc dogs only lose their appetite when they're really feeling low, and something is def wrong. I hope he is okay!
