Default Went to put on jackets

Hey all, It's getting that time of year again, the radio already has a contest for who can guess the first day we'll dip below zero (celcius).

So with the horses we have a thermometer that marks when we start blanketing, on each designated temperature we've written what layer of blanket they need. Well I'm wondering if anyone knows the recommended temperatures for when a jacket should be used.

I'm taking Harley to the bank today, for a little walk, seeing he hasn't been feeling too well I"m going to probably put his jacket on. we're around 5 degrees in the mornings now, it's getting pretty cold (sorry I don't know how to convert that)
