The only suggestion I can offer is that you get an ex-pen and put him in there with a piddle pad if you can't watch him. Are you taking him out on a regular basis or putting him on the pad on a regular basis, especially shortly after they drink or about 20 minutes after they eat? Sorry I can't be of more help, but the only guidance anyone can probably give you is to watch them like a hawk and if you can't then put him in the ex-pen with the pad.
