changing food can cause the dog to become more picky and can cause digestive issues; such as acute pancreatitis.
if u only add a teaspoon of green tripe to the food; then that shouldn't be a problem ; that will entice her appetite.
what is the fat % on the fromm canned food that you are feeding?
