Your puppy is still just a baby herself. She's had a huge change in her life with the new baby, too. She's probably lonely, terrified, hungry, thirsty....... Please stop and think about how you're treating her. And please, don't withhold her food and water - this is verging on abuse and neglect. She's an innocent little being who doesn't know what you want or expect from her, let alone how she's supposed to give it to you. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate right now and puppies, especially yorkies, need lots of attention. I pray that you find a solution that works for everyone.
