They Learn the Darndest Things! I have two IGs who dig in the grass and appear to eat dirt. I used to tell myself they were eating worms, but I have to fess up, it's dirt.
Lizzy is three, but I've only had her for two years and five months. In all this time, I have NEVER seen my little cutie pie, my little baby who pees and poops on the patio rather than the grass, who can't walk with a leaf stuck in her fur or poop stuck on her butt eat dirt until today. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!! I was cleaning up the yard and turned around to see Liz with her nose in one of their little holes, eating dirt. I blame the IGs. In fact, I think they put her up to it.
There must be some kind of Murphy's law around my house that when a dog learns something from one of the other dogs, it isn't a good thing.
