My Charm was 14 oz. at 11 weeks old and didn't have all her puppy teeth when I got her either. I feed her crushed up kibble in water and she did great with it crushed. 9 weeks I would ask in the breeder section to. Charm is now 5.5 months and weighted in today at 3 lbs finally!
