How about this one. My little one goes berserk when she hears the doorbell but do you think she will actually run to the door? Noooo........she stands on the second floor landing barking at the door

Only when I walk to open the door does she come running. And then after that, she stands behind me barking at anyone who walks through the door. Yeah, I live with the terminator. I will say this though, she does boss around her 82 lb cousin who cowers when she sees Brandi.
