I have absolutely no idea! Is there anyone that was previously in the household that has moved out or gone to college? I would generally think they were missing someone or wanted to go outside for a walk or play. Those are my thoughts. I would just try to think of anything that has changed in her life lately that it might be linked to. Maybe she's afraid you're going to leave??????
