[Vinniedoggy]

I have a little guy, Alex, who has some severe allergies and, as a result, has lost a lot of his hair. Poor little guy shivers helplessly whenever the temperature drops below 65. With cooler days upon us, I am searching for a lightweight winter jacket. Alex is about 9 pounds and skinny (long body, tiny waist). Ideally, I would love something that is neoprene, as he loves to run and walk. Any suggestions??
