I don't know what it is lately with Zoe our 11 month old Shorkie. All of a sudden she started whinning and crying all day. She wants to be held all the time. She was never like this before. She was checked out by the vet and nothing seems to be wrong. What's worse is now she's got our 6 month old Yorkie Zach doing the same thing. He was also checked out and found with a clean bill of health. They're both playful and their behavior is normal except for this change of personalities. Anybody have any thoughts?
