My Phantom will go up the stairs, but not down. He is 10 lbs - and almost 3 years old (so size is obviously not the issue), but he is my big baby
... it's so funny because Sapphire (who is 4lbs) has been running up and down the stairs since she was about 8 weeks old. I have no explanation why Phantom will not go down - but he has his own little elevator - Mommy's arms
