So Calvin had his liver shunt surgery and has to eat l/d for six months. Before his surgery I was feeding him and Bella Wellness. They dont seem to really care for it so I was going to switch them to Acana. My question is after Calvin is done with the l/d will he be able to eat the Acana. Obviously its easier if I can get them on the same food but I dont know if it is too much protein for his liver? I was just wondering for dogs that have had liver shunt surgery what do you fee them now?
