I use a hair dryer to dry Poppy.
She was frightened of the noise at first but not now, just make sure you reassure her and tell her how good she is.
I keep the temperature on warm so its not too hot and just make sure you dont get the hair dryer too close to her.
I recommend getting someone to hold her while you dry her as they will be able to tell you if it feels a little hot.
