I know this thread is really old, but I have a suggestion. I make my own bows and I use a homemade stiffener. I use to just use hairspray but that is really flammable and I didn't want anything tragic happen to my baby. So i took water, white glue, and a tinny bit of hairspray and mixed it into a liquid then put int in a spray bottle. I make her bows then put about 2-4 coats of the bow stiffener on. On my avatar the bow she is wearing in one I made for her. Good luck!
