Haha! That is soo funny. My Westie does the same thing - running the perimeter and barking hysterically so
everyone knows he is OUT.
In my old neighborhood, the neighbors in back of us (but way up on a hill looking down on our backyard) would always greet Ringo when he was charging around the yard.
