I would give her some boiled (or baked) skinless, boneless chicken breasts shredded into some white rice. Otherwise, your dog may eat just the chicken but avoid the rice. Add a little water or chicken broth to the mix to make the rice easy to eat. My dogs don't like rice that is sticky/starchy, hence the water.

Definitely bring her to the vet if you are concerned and/or if the upset bowel continues.

I definitely would not withhold food for any amount of time with my dogs, but they are both ~5 lbs. Also, if you find that she starts throwing up yellow, foamy bile, it means she has nothing in her stomach and needs to eat. I have found that diarrhea is often followed by throwing up bile.
