This exact thing happened with taycie 2 weeks ago. I like you was switching her food and I thought her stomach issues were from me switching her food. Fortunately I got nervous and took her in..the vet truly believed it was her stomach upset and gave me some meds for the diaherra. I did do a stool analysis as well to rule out anything else. The next day my vet called me with results that she had hookworm! I was shocked! I was soooooo glad I took her in. You could always drop a stool sample off just to be safe it is not something else!
