Aww sorry you are having this problem.
My piper did that to me just last night. I gave her a treat the first time she pottied outside. We all snuggled on the couch and she started her "i gotta go out" potty dance and kicking up her back legs like a bull ready to charge.
So we go outside. She has a potty pad on the patio because she is somewhat allergic to the "outside" ..and she pees about the spot of a quarter. When we come in she runs straight to the treat jar!!!
I said..no treat!!! and sat down. She sure was pouty faced.
Seems like you kid probably just loves being outside!!
They are just like kids
