I have been very busy with my new online business adventure. But, I did find some time to jump on my treadmill and workout to my slim in 6 DVD. Joey watched me the whole time...well actually he laid in his bed.
I really have been watching what I am eating. I find myself turning to healthier choices because I know how long I would have to work out in order to work it off! I crave healthier foods!!

I would like healthy recipes with the calorie count. For the calorie count use the website I provided earlier in the thread or search for your own. 1 entry for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Winner will be decided by Next Sunday October 10th. 1 entry per member. Be creative and they better be yummy!
