Wow, there is a lot going on here. I'm not quite sure how to respond.

In the short term, most dogs will respond if you lie down on the floor and toss them treats.

Longer term, it can be extremely difficult to rehab a fearful dog, not to mention one that bites. I would strongly suggest hiring a trainer who uses positive reinforcement to help you work with her. You can also do research on the web. There is so much that comes into play: body language, training, managing her aggression and patience, patience, patience.
