Can you tell me how you trained Sydney to use the lever instead of the ball? I finally bought this bottle and Mocha cannot seem to figure out how to use it. He kept on trying to lick the bottom like he does the ball. I held the lever for him to show him but he doesn't get it. He loves his poultry toothpaste so I put some in the mouth. He licks them off but still can't figure out how to use the lever. HELP!!!
