Checking for an update.... wondering if you took her to your vet? Many things can happen at the groomers... but nothing that should last more than a day or so. Your vet may be able to tell if was is bothering her happened from a grooming incident or not.... I would want to find out before ever going back there again.
If she did fall from the table or something the groomer should have called you immediately to make you aware of the situation. She could have twisted wrong and hurt her back or shoulders or hips.
