Britster you make a good point. My goal is to try and give my puppies the healthiest life I can possibly provide with in my own control. I would feel awful feeding my dogs "bad" dog food.
We feed Darwin and Mabel 'Go! Natural'. Orijen is another great food. Try to stay away from foods that have a lot of fillers in it. Corn is another ingredient that is common and many dogs have problem with it. Both of the foods that I mentioned are pretty expensive but Yorkies eat such a small amount it's definitely worth the money.
