Thank goodness for belly bands, I have 3 boys and they all wear them now, they were hesistant at first to walk with them on, Poor Mooshe my oldest thought mommy was nuts and he wouldnt move, had to resort to bribery with liver treats.

Takes a few days to get used to them. Just make sure to clean their genital area several times a day when you change the pads or remove the bands, they can get urine burns next to their skin. I use baby wipe ups works well.
