What about rain boots and a jacket for her?
I might give that a try. I wish I could train her to go on potty pads and go outside. With me working during the day, it's hard to be consistent when training her to use the potty pads. The weird part is that she will use the potty pad when she is in her ex-pen. However, she will not use the potty pad when she is not in her ex-pen because she hates being in her ex-pen. I leave it open for her to go in but she won't go anywhere near it.

If someone can show me a training method that can get Brandi to go to her ex-pen to use her potty pad, I would be so grateful. How do I remove the negative association to her ex-pen?

hmm, maybe I should post this in the training section.
