Yes, the biting is normal, she's probably teething, some of her teeth will fall out soon, so don't worry. Get her lots of toys and chewy things for dogs to chew on, I bought Pita some baby teething rings ( the solid ones) she likes those too.
Pita had a cough when I got her a couple of months ago, and she still coughs occasionally, my vet says the kennel cough is a pain to get rid of but it's not life threatening, just annoying.
