You've gotten some awesome advice so far. I really think you should keep looking. You are obviously doing your research and looking for the perfect Yorkie puppy, but I really don't think you will find her at this breeder. There are so many red flags about the breeder that you should run already.
One more thing I want to mention is that if you want a close-to-perfect Yorkie, you don't want to buy from a breeder who has an unplanned litter. I'd never buy from a breeder who breeds that way - they should research bloodlines, pedigrees, etc. to improve the breed.

If shipping a puppy from a reputable breeder is your only option, I say go for it! You are obviously doing enough research to find a reliable and reputable breeder who will keep to her word. Shipping can be a fantastic option if you don't have reputable breeders near you.

Just be patient and keep looking I bought my first yorkie on a whim and although I love him dearly, he has so many issues! Then I spent 2 years looking for June and I finally found the perfect puppy! It's worth the wait, believe me.
