Did you ask them for references? I understand if a lot of the good reputable breeders have cut back on their breeding programs. In this economy, some, and I'm not including you in this group as I do not know you, have bought puppies on impulse. Once they lost their jobs, homes, or what have you, the poor puppy is left behind. Good breeders don't want to see that happen to their babies.
