I just heard from Cindy, and she asked if we could postpone the pickup because she forgot that her mom had a doctor's appointment that day. It's actually better for me to go Thursday because I have a bad cold or the flu and have had to take most of this week off work. And it gives me a couple of extra days to get ready - I haven't had the energy to finish puppy-proofing the house. But now I have to reset the clock in my head that has been steadily ticking down the hours until I have that puppy.
