October 1 is my annual renewal with Embrace Pet Insurance, so I just switched some of my gang from Embrace to Petplan earlier this week. I've always felt very comfortable with Embrace (I've never had to file a claim, thank God) and see nothing but satisfied customer reviews on them. This thread popped up at just the right time for me - I need to do a lot more thinking before I make a change in insurances. I'll be sticking with Embrace for at least another year.
