Well put - every dog food rating site I have seen has their own bias. The main one seems to be high protein, grain free. This is fine, but there are plenty of quality foods with grains and with more moderate protein also. So while the sites as a whole are very useful because they give a nice summary of what is good and bad about the particular food, the overall rating may be based on the underlying bias.
