I've been on around 15 cruises and love them! May/June is not peak season for Bahamas/Caribbean so you'll get a better deal. I love the Caribbean (southern) more than the Bahamas but as a first timer you might not mind
Sugarmamma is the queen of deals so you might want to PM her. She's been on a couple dozen cruises too.
