Hi!!
I'm no expert...BUT...my Pippin will throw up if her tummy is empty. Before she goes to bed each night she gets a little 'charcoal heart treat' and again with her breakfast. We find if her tummy is empty she throws up foamy yellowish stuff as opposed to solid when it's something she has eaten...
Just a thought....
Hope she is feeling better soon...because I know when puppy is sick mommy feels sicker!!! ♥
