Yes you definitely need to learn yourself since Bella should be brushed daily. I brushed my last dog weekly and that was not enough. She had to be put under every year at the vet to get teeth cleaning. That gets more and more dangerous as she gets older. Now with Mocha I brush everyday after meal. If Bella does not like the toothbrush, try the finger brush at first. Give her a treat after you finish to reward her. When you play with her, open her "lip?" (didn't want to say mouth since you just need to open her "lip" to show teeth) and say "smile". Make it a game to have her allow you to open and show teeth (that'w what my trainer did). Eventually she will get it. Just be patient. Good luck!
