That would fire me up too! In the way they are explaining it, I can't see what they WOULD cover. I have found that most people health insurance takes perseverance to get payment. They seem to want to disqual claims and then only pay if you show you are not going to back down. Maybe pet insurance is the same. I can actualy understand not covering the murmur in a way as the murmur would have been present prior to the policy, whereas, something like leggs-perthe might be congenital, but symptoms may not develop until later in life. But the fire ants???? That is just inane!
After spending a thousand dollars in vet bills this month for my 3, insurance is starting to look like a good idea. So, I am making a point to read customer experiences. Thanks for passing yours on. |
