Yep, sounds like a dog that probably, luckily, didn't get hurt but got the crap scared out it when it accidentally left the groomer's table unexpectedly. Either by jump, fall or possibly knocked off. And the groomer and sayin' That's the only thing I can think of for such a sudden behavior change, especially since a trip to groomer has never produced such a change before and she's never kept that long before, almost as if she wanted to make sure she was alright before she turned her back over to you.....
