I have 2 females dogs (1 yorkie and 1 chihuahua) and 1 boy pomeranian. I have always preferred girls. Like someone mentioned the penis issue. When we chose Seymour, I intended to pick a girl though they were priced higher, but hubby and I fell in love with the little black furball. He is still young so he is not hiking his leg yet, though he tried to hump Puff the other day. She was NOT amused. She looked at me as if to say " are you kidding me?" I would usually chose females.
