Gosh then my Little Girl will shock you. I have a maltese who does that and honestly it doesn't bother me. She does not bite or hurt anyone and I let her wear herself out. She does that to people she doesn't know and after she see's them for a while she's happy.
She stops when she's comfortable with them.
