In Canada where I live it gets to be -20 C, although we go to Florida for the winter I have a daughter with a yorkie poo and a yorkie and they go out potty in the winter...
Kacee when I first got him went out side to potty in rain or snow when he was this size.. Now it was not for a long time just pretty much to go potty.. at this size and age there is not a must to take for a long walk.. but to take outside long enough to potty.. save the walking for warmer weather.,,, |
