Has she been checked for any infection? If you are allowing the dog to have natural sex with your bitch you are bound to have problems. Natural sex can be painful. Allowing him to penetrate her daily can cause her such pain.
Have you been checking her for a fever? Has either one of them been checked for STD's?
She's not even big enough to getting pregnant. I know you don't want to hear this. Has anyone talked to you about this in the past? You are lucky she didn't die when you bred her before. I'd have her in the vet's office for a full blood panel and a spay.
