I dont usually take Poppy for walks when its raining (shes still too small for her rain coat) but she does go in the garden for potty in the rain.
I just make sure I dry her when she comes in and that I keep her warm.
But then again my Poppy is a little chubster at 5lbs already! (she will be 19weeks on friday) so maybe all that fat keeps her warm LOL just kidding.
But I think as long as you have a jumper or a rain coat on her while shes out, and make sure she isnt out for long periods of time then dry her when she comes in she should be fine.
